Ingredients

• 1 oz Aperol
• 1 oz Cynar
• 1 oz Rye Whiskey

Method

1. Combine Aperol, Cynar and Rye Whiskey in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional finish: lightly mist the surface with Becherovka.
5. Optional garnish: spritz of Becherovka, orange peel.
