The Brave
A built cocktail featuring Mezcal, Tequila Blanco, Amaro Averna.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Tequila Blanco
- 0.5 oz Amaro Averna
- 0.25 oz Dry Curaçao
Method
- Use a dry wine glass at room temperature, without ice.
- Add the mezcal, tequila, Averna and dry curaçao. Swirl gently to combine.
- Optionally finish with three drops of Angostura Aromatic Bitters and orange peel.
