The Cutter

Ingredients

• 37.5 ml Whiskey
• 22.5 ml Campari
• 15 ml Amaro Montenegro
• 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 7.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Add Whiskey, Campari, Amaro Montenegro, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
