The Infante

Ingredients

• 60 ml Tequila Blanco
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 22.5 ml Orgeat
• 2 dash Rose water
• 1 Nutmeg

Method

1. Add Tequila Blanco, Lime Juice, Orgeat and Rose water to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: freshly ground nutmeg.
