The Mean Fiddler

Ingredients

• 30 ml Irish Whiskey
• 22.5 ml Green Chartreuse
• 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 15 ml Islay Scotch Whisky
• 15 ml Campari
• 5 ml Cinnamon syrup
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Add the Irish whiskey, green Chartreuse, sweet vermouth, Islay whisky, Campari, cinnamon syrup and Angostura Aromatic Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until cold.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
