Ingredients

• 60 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 3 piece Sage
• 15 ml Cinnamon syrup
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice

Method

1. Gently muddle the sage with the cinnamon syrup in the shaker before adding the Bourbon Whiskey, lime juice, and ice.
2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
5. Optional garnish: sage leaf.
