The St-Germain Spritz

Ingredients

• 60 ml Champagne
• 45 ml St-Germain
• 60 ml Club soda

Method

1. Combine St-Germain in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Champagne, Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: a lemon twist.
