Ingredients: 30 ml Cynar; 22.5 ml Jamaican Rum; 22.5 ml Lemon Juice; 15 ml Passionfruit syrup; 7.5 ml Orgeat

A shaken cocktail featuring Cynar, Jamaican Rum, Lemon juice.

Ingredients

30 ml Cynar
22.5 ml Jamaican Rum
22.5 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Passionfruit syrup
7.5 ml Orgeat

Method

Shake the Cynar, rum, lemon juice, passionfruit syrup, and orgeat with crushed ice until cold.
Pour everything, including the ice, into a rocks glass or tiki mug.
Optional garnish: orchid and a Mint Leaves bouquet.
