The Warday’s

Ingredients

• 30 ml Apple Brandy
• 30 ml Gin
• 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 7.5 ml Yellow Chartreuse

Method

1. Combine Apple Brandy, Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Yellow Chartreuse in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
4. Optional garnish: a lemon twist.
