Three Dots and a Dash

Ingredients

• 30 ml Rhum agricole
• 30 ml Brown Rum
• 0.5 oz Dry Curaçao
• 0.5 oz Falernum
• 0.25 oz Allspice dram
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
• 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Add Rhum agricole, Brown Rum, Dry Curaçao, Falernum, Allspice dram, Lime Juice, Honey Syrup and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
2. Add crushed ice and shake briefly to chill.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. Optional garnish: pineapple leaves, pineapple spear, an orchid and three brandied cherries.
