Thunderbird

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Cream
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 0.5 barspoon Sugar

Method

1. Add Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Cream, Simple Syrup and Sugar to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional finish: top with chilled soda water and stir gently.
5. Optional garnish: orange wheel.
