Trader Vic's Sour

Ingredients

• 60 ml Scotch Whisky
• 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 15 ml Orgeat
• 7.5 ml Simple Syrup

Method

1. Add Scotch Whisky, Lemon Juice, Orgeat and Simple Syrup to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: a lemon wheel and an orchid.
