Tradewinds Negroni

Ingredients

• 45 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 22.5 ml Cointreau
• 22.5 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Sweet Vermouth, Cointreau and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: orange peel.
