Treacle
A built cocktail featuring Jamaican Rum, Simple Syrup, Angostura aromatic bitters.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Jamaican Rum
- 7.5 ml Simple Syrup
- 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 15 ml Apple Juice
Method
- Add the rum, syrup, and bitters to a rocks glass over ice and stir.
- Slowly pour the cloudy apple juice over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
