Tropical Popsicle

Ingredients

• 45 ml Whiskey
• 15 ml Aperol
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Passionfruit syrup
• 90 ml Club soda

Method

1. Add Whiskey, Aperol, Lime Juice and Passionfruit syrup to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: banana leaf.
