Truly Scrumptious

Ingredients

• 30 ml Pisco
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 22.5 ml Pineapple Syrup
• 15 ml Pear Brandy (Williams)

Method

1. Add Pisco, Lime Juice, Pineapple Syrup and Pear Brandy (Williams) to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: freshly grated cinnamon.
