Valkyrie

Ingredients

• 60 ml Rye Whiskey
• 15 ml Amaro Montenegro
• 15 ml Cynar
• 7.5 ml St-Germain

Method

1. Combine Rye Whiskey, Amaro Montenegro, Cynar and St-Germain in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a grapefruit peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
