Ingredients

• 30 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 30 ml Brandy
• 20 ml Suze
• 15 ml Dry Vermouth
• 5 ml Amaretto
• 10 ml Simple Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters

Method

1. Combine Bourbon Whiskey, Brandy, Suze, Dry Vermouth, Amaretto, Simple Syrup, Angostura aromatic bitters and Peychaud's Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: lemon twist.
