Whiskey Peach Smash

Ingredients

• 60 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 30 ml Dry Curaçao
• 2 piece Peach
• 3 piece Lemon
• 4 piece Mint Leaves

Method

1. Muddle the peach and lemon pieces with the curaçao in the shaker, then gently press in the Mint Leaves before adding the whiskey and ice.
2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Optional garnish: a peach slice and a mint sprig.
