Ingredients: 30 ml Gin; 30 ml Suze; 30 ml Lillet Blanc

A stirred cocktail featuring Gin, Suze, Lillet Blanc.

Ingredients

30 ml Gin
30 ml Suze
30 ml Lillet Blanc

Method

Combine Gin, Suze and Lillet Blanc in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until cold and diluted.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Optional garnish: lemon peel.

Story

Wayne Collins created it in 2001 at Vinexpo in Bordeaux with what was to hand: Plymouth gin, Suze and Lillet Blanc. It has become the second-most-ordered Negroni.
