White Russian (Gus’ Sip and Dip)

Ingredients

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Cold brew coffee
• 0.25 oz Vanilla syrup
• 1 Cream

Method

1. Chill the serving glass in the freezer for 30 minutes.
2. Shake the cream separately until thickened but still pourable; sweeten it with a little additional simple syrup if desired.
3. Shake the vodka, coffee liqueur, cold-brew coffee, and vanilla syrup with ice.
4. Fill the chilled glass with fresh ice and pour the thickened cream over it.
5. Slowly strain the shaken coffee mixture over the back of a spoon onto the cream to form layers.
