45 ml Scotch Whisky
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
0.25 oz Allspice dram
0.25 oz Cherry Heering

Method

Shake the Scotch Whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup, and allspice dram with ice, reserving the cherry liqueur.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Slowly pour the cherry liqueur over the ice so it sinks toward the bottom.
