Willsour

Ingredients

• 60 ml Pear Brandy (Williams)
• 7.5 ml St-Germain
• 15 ml Simple Syrup
• 30 ml Lemon Juice

Method

1. Add Pear Brandy (Williams), St-Germain, Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
