Wisconsin Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 60 ml Brandy
• 5 ml Simple Syrup
• 1 piece Orange
• 1 Cocktail Cherry

Method

1. Gently muddle the orange piece and cherry with the syrup in a rocks glass, taking care not to grind the orange pith.
2. Add the brandy and stir.
3. Fill with crushed ice. Optional variation: add a few dashes of aromatic bitters with the syrup.
4. Optional garnish: orange half and 1 cherry.
