Wiz Fizz

Ingredients

• 45 ml Gin
• 15 ml Cynar
• 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 30 ml Cream
• 30 ml Root beer
• 1 Nutmeg

Method

1. Pour most of the chilled root beer into a highball glass and reserve a little for finishing.
2. Shake the gin, Cynar, lemon juice, syrup, and egg white without ice until foamy.
3. Add the cream and shake again without ice.
4. Add ice and shake hard for 30–40 seconds.
5. Strain into an empty shaker, discard the ice, and shake again without ice for about 1 minute.
6. Pour slowly into the root beer. Let the foam settle, then carefully add the reserved root beer.
7. Optional garnish: grated nutmeg.
