A built cocktail featuring White wine, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Grapefruit juice.

Your Mother’s Spritz cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White wine
  • 1 oz Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Grapefruit soda

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with fresh ice.
  2. Add White wine, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Grapefruit Juice.
  3. Add Grapefruit soda last and stir gently to combine.
  4. Optional garnish: dehydrated grapefruit wheel.
