Yuzu Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Suze
• 0.5 oz Cocchi Aperitivo Americano
• 0.25 oz Sake

Method

1. Combine Gin, Suze, Cocchi Aperitivo Americano and Sake in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: lemon twist.
5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a lemon peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
