Ingredients

• 45 ml Jamaican Rum
• 45 ml Brown Rum
• 30 ml Demerara Rum
• 20 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Falernum
• 15 ml Donn's Mix
• 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 6 Pernod

Method

1. Prepare Donn’s Mix if needed by mixing two parts grapefruit juice with one part cinnamon syrup; measure the listed amount from that mixture.
2. Add all the measured ingredients to a blender with about 170 grams of cracked ice.
3. Pulse for a few seconds, just until mixed and chilled.
4. Pour the entire mixture into a highball glass.
5. Optional garnish: Mint Leaves leafs.
