Zombie Spritz

Ingredients

• 45 ml Lillet Rosé
• 15 ml Aperol
• 7.5 ml Dark Rum
• 1 barspoon Absinthe
• 1 barspoon Crème de banane
• 1 barspoon Vodka
• 15 ml Grapefruit Juice
• 7.5 ml Lime Juice
• 7.5 ml Cinnamon syrup
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 1 dash Saline solution
• 60 ml Rosé wine

Method

1. Add Lillet Rosé, Aperol, Dark Rum, Absinthe, Crème de banane, Vodka, Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice, Cinnamon syrup, Angostura aromatic bitters and Saline solution to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice.
4. Add Rosé wine last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: dehydrated grapefruit slice, fresh Mint Leaves, cocktail umbrella.
