From the app

1. Open Mixory and go to Settings (the gear at the top of the home screen).
2. Under your account, tap Delete account….
3. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, and sign in once more to verify that it is really you.

Deletion starts immediately. The app signs out, erases Mixory’s data on that device, and shows progress until the server confirms that everything is gone — usually within a minute.

You only see “Delete account” when you are signed in. Without an account there is nothing on our servers to delete; “Erase my data” in Settings removes what is on your device.

Without the app

If you no longer have Mixory installed, email contact@mixory.app with the subject “Delete my Mixory account”, from the email address associated with your Mixory account, if one is recorded. If you used Apple’s “Hide my email”, write from the relay address Apple gave you. If no email address is recorded, use an address where we can reach you and include the approximate date you created the account; we will verify your identity by another method before deletion.

We will confirm your identity by reply, then delete the account. Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.

What is deleted

• Your Mixory account and its linked sign-in methods.
• Every bar and the ingredients in it, favorites, ratings, drinks marked as made, lists, shopping lists, and app preferences stored on our servers.
• On the device that asked: all of Mixory’s local data.

Your personal data is removed from our active systems within 90 days and from backups within a further 90 days as those backups expire. Server logs, which include IP addresses, are kept for up to 2 years for security and fraud prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What is not deleted

• Purchase records. Apple, Google and Stripe keep their own records of what you bought, under their terms. We keep the transaction records the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting.
• Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a Mixory Everywhere subscription. Cancel it where you bought it before you delete: in your Apple subscriptions, in Google Play subscriptions, or on the desktop app’s billing page.

After deletion

Signing in again later with any sign-in method creates a brand-new, empty Mixory account. Nothing from the deleted account can be restored.
